By accessing and using the services of Power Academy (operated by Power of Three Pvt. Ltd.), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Power Academy provides:
- Online and offline home tuition services
- Mathematics and Science coaching for grades 6-12
- Competitive exam preparation (NEET, JEE, CUET, etc.)
- College-level courses (B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc)
- Personalized learning programs and study materials
3. Registration and Enrollment
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- For students under 18, parental consent is required
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
4. Fees and Payment
- Tuition fees are determined based on grade level, subjects, and service type (online/offline)
- Payment must be made in advance as per the agreed schedule
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, cash, and other approved methods
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
- Fees are non-refundable except in cases specified in our refund policy
5. Class Schedule and Attendance
- Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between the student and instructor
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled
- We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
6. Student Responsibilities
- Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
- Maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and staff
- Provide a conducive learning environment for home tuition
- Inform us of any learning difficulties or special requirements
- Use study materials and resources responsibly
7. Instructor Rights and Responsibilities
- Provide quality education and personalized attention
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Modify teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Report any concerns regarding student performance or behavior
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Students may cancel enrollment with 15 days written notice
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation
- Registration fees and completed class fees are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused prepaid classes (subject to terms)
- We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of terms
9. Intellectual Property
- All study materials, notes, and resources are proprietary to Power Academy
- Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action
10. Limitation of Liability
Power Academy strives to provide excellent educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for:
- Exam results or admission outcomes
- Technical issues affecting online classes
- Loss or damage to personal property during home tuition
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation
- If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to arbitration
- The jurisdiction for legal matters shall be New Delhi, India

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
